The processing time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

All care package boxes ship out within 2-3 business days.

Shipping:
Please note that once all orders leave our office, we are not responsible for carrier delays. Please email hello@duetojoy.com if you have any questions about your order or view our shipping policy page.

We are closed and do not ship on Federal Holidays.

Customs and Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to packages being held at customs.

My order is a gift. Do you include a receipt in the package?

Every order is packaged as a gift, and never includes any prices, billing information, or receipts.

What days do you ship?
We ship orders Monday through Friday. We are closed on Federal Holidays.

It looks like my order delivery was unsuccessful. Can you help me?
Send us an email at hello@duetojoy.com. We are here to call shipping carriers, but we cannot guarantee success. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to a customer error inputting the address, we will ship a replacement for a $9.95 shipping fee. Reach out to us and we will take good care of you!
